No need to cancel your registration- refunds for event & Biltmore tour will be mailed. No need to cancel your hotel reservation- the hotel is taking care of that. However, for those few of you whose credit cards were charged for any of your reservation, you DO need to follow up with the Crowne Plaza Resort for refunds HERE!

Notes for Hotel Reservations:
A. 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom Villas are available at special rates on a first-come, first-served basis, but they must be booked by contacting the Crowne Plaza IN-HOUSE Hotel Registration Office (Michelle Porche or Skylar Sharpe) at 828-285-2603 Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Mention the group name: Rotary District 6910 - 2020 Annual Conference. (See this MAP for location of Villas.)
B. Adjoining rooms can be booked only by contacting the Crowne Plaza Hotel IN-HOUSE Registration Office at 828-285- 2603. Mention the group name: Rotary District 6910 - 2020 Annual Conference.
C. If you need to be on the first floor or have any concern about mobility issues on the property, contact the Crowne Plaza Hotel IN-HOUSE Registration Office at 828-285-2603. Mention the group name: Rotary District 6910 - 2020 Annual Conference.
D. Conference group rates are available for three (3) days before the Conference (4/20-23/2020) and three (3) days after the Conference (4/26-28/2020).
E. GRSP students will be assigned a room and should not be registered with the hotel.

Rotary Group Rates for Biltmore House Tour

Saturday, April 25, 2020 1:50 pm

$62.50 Adults $31.50 Children (ages 9-17)

Free Children ages 8 & under (Children under 9 will still need a ticket so be sure to register them)

This is a self-guided tour. Transportation is on your own.

Everyone must be at the Front Door of the Biltmore House at 1:50 pm. Our Rotary tickets have the appointed entrance time of 2:00 pm. If someone misses the entrance time, they will have to wait until the next available time to enter the Biltmore House.

Please allow 25 minutes to drive to the Biltmore House grounds and 30 minutes to park and travel to the front door of the Biltmore House. 

Tickets will be given out to those who have prepaid just prior to the Saturday session of District Conference. 

You may rent headphone for $15 after arriving at the Biltmore House. This will be at your own cost.

District 6910 has 30 slots available to the April 25th. 

There are many things to experience at the Biltmore Estates in addition to the grand house.
